1I specifically ordered an extra item, to get this brush via promotional event.. later recieved an email that they were out, but was never given the option to pick a replacement.

Customer service made it impossible to even try!!!
1Ordered this brush on a promo for $10 with the purchase of any palette. The brush portion of my order was canceled due to out of stock. The brush never even showed out of stock and the rep I have been on the phone with for the past 33 minutes just confirmed it is stock. Contacted customer service via email asking them to either add the brush or let me make a different selection for $10. Online rep states they could not modify my order but I could call customer service to take care of it. Been on the phone for over half an hour. ABH will not honor the price even though they canceled an in stock item. The rep keeps reaching out to their supervisor who I can allegedly not be transferred to and has not called me back at the number I provided. Wasting not only my time but the valuable time of your customer service rep. She could be helping your other customers if you would just resolve my inexpensive issue. Terrible customer service and all over $15. This is my first purchase directly through your website even though I’ve been using your products for years. It will be my last purchase and I guess I will need to find another brand to throw my money at.

Perfect for base and main lid shades
5I love this so much. It was a bit scratchy initially which made me sad because I wanted this after seeing V.Beckham use it (I KNOW she used this one as well as their blender because it and 2 from Hakuhodo both match the shape but the handle was definitely this.). After the second wash it was perfect and has been since. I think the hairs got a chance to fluff out after being compact in the package. Anyway it makes even Wet n Wild Petal Pusher palette go on smoothly and streak free which is the ultimate gauge for me! Great stuff. I think it lost one hair possibly the first wash but not since as far as I know. One hair is no biggie tons of pricier brushes do that. I like that it doesnt seem fragile as something like squirrel hair yet is soft and dense for the job. Great value for money too. Why this is not more talked about I dont know.

So soft
5this brush is so soft! it pick up shimmers easily (I used it to apply my TF quads wet n dry formula and the application was amazing). this is large but it is really blendable and easy to use. I love this product definitely would re-purchase at some point.
