Great concept, great look, DOESNT last. 😫
3I love the concept, love the product but here’s a few things I noticed. If I prep my skin as I usually would; wash, moisturize, allowing product dry town time etc. The beauty balm does not stay on the skin, becomes patchy, rubs off rather quickly. I would need to constantly reapply while out because just a 20 min target run and it was off. I even tried setting it as they have shown and that made the situation worse, plus defeated the entire purpose of the beauty balm having to set it, in my opinion. I am a die hard ABH fan so I’m slightly disappointed in the retail price vs. product quality. Not usually the case with this brand. A few tweaks and this could take over the game! The coverage it gives is light but looks so natural looking and glowy. Minimized everything for me and I loved that, just didn’t last. Wish it dried down and didn’t stay tacky so it would actually stay in place. I applied it the next day without skin prep and it lasted much much longer and blended into the skin much better. If you’re a dry skinned girly, this will probably work well for you. This definitely is a product to be used completely on its own. It doesn’t layer well with other products, including moisturizers, even with product dry down time included. I purchased shade 2 for the undertone. Love the *red undertone it covers but wish they offered more shades with that undertone vs. the many yellow undertone shades they created. This shade is the only shade that I can purchase that will be a close match for me, but it’s too light. Any shade above, is too yellow. No brands focus on red undertones ever and they are missing the mark there. Majority of foundation on the market looks yellow and really doesn’t match many, from fair to deep. Forget white cast, now everyone has yellow cast! Last but not least, this product could be problematic for those with acne-prone skin. I do not recommend those individuals to blend with their fingers or apply product directly to face in container to avoid bacterial contamination and breakouts. Reach for a clean brush or make sure your hands are squeaky clean before blending. Much love❤️

Smooth and even
4I received this complimentary for testing purposes. The feel of the product is so nice. It gives a very light wash of coverage. More like just evening out skin tone. Doesn’t cover up much. The shade I got was way too light for me, so that didn’t help much. But overall I was impressed by how nice my skin felt after using. I’d really like to try it with a darker shade.

5Love the texture. It’s super glowy and the coverage is enough to look natural. The application is so easy and fun with the bar format. I’m really happy with this product. I would repurchase

Blends and Covers
5When I applied the beauty balm, the coverage was so amazing that it cover up my dark spots. It blends with my skin tone so well. It's like I had an airbrush look.

Convenient for touching up on the go
5This stick foundation has buildable coverage. It has a buttery texture that melts immediately when touching skin. The packaging is plastic. Scent is not too strong. It feels very moisturizing, but you still need to wear a good base under it.

Quite decent, not universal
3I think this is quite decent. You have to take into consideration an expectation that you're going to get light coverage, and that it is a balm- so it absolutely needs to be set to get longevity out of it (I used powder & setting spray). I think it's absolutely innovative, I love the applicator, and I think there are a few ways to run it in (fingers, silicone puff, sponge, etc).

Nice Finish
5This is a great foundation for that no makeup makeup look. It’s lighter coverage and blends well. It has a nice finish and it’s easy to apply. I even combine it with some other foundation for more coverage.

Ideal Face Makeup for Mom On the go
3I was given a free sample of this Beauty Balm from Anastasia brand & Influenster subscription for my honest review. My likes for this product was how it felt on my skin and a great option for days when im on the go or just heading to a playdate where i want to wear some makeup but not my full makeup routine. I would love to see better sunscreen protection in this beauty balm and maybe a better way to apply it because it blended in best with a beauty blender but with my hands i feel like i ended up taking it off. I have combination skin so Im still seeing how my skin reacts to using this product on and off for 2.5 weeks but so far no major breakouts to report yet. Im on the fence with this product if i would continue to purchase this product which is decent priced at Sephora if your interested in trying it.

Added to daily routine
4At first I didn’t like this product because I was applying with a foundation brush. Since I started blending with my fingers I love the results. I have shade 7 which is light with cool olive undertones for reference I’m between Mac nc20-nc25. It’s a very sheer to light coverage. If you like full coverage foundation this is not for you. I usually apply the serum foundation and then use concealer for my under eye and blemishes. It doesn’t cake at all and my concealer, bronzer and blush apply nicely over the serum foundation. If you want a barely there natural make up look just apply this and it will give you beautiful dewy natural finish. I haven’t notice and changes in my skin due to its skincare ingredients. I absolutely love that it has no added fragrance. My skin hasn’t had any breakouts from using this products. It’s a stick formula and it’s super easy to apply. Glides on beautifully due to its silky texture.
