2I received a wrong item supposed to be brow powder duo dark brown \nBut i got pomade medium brown\nTry to return it but it says they give a refund and not exchange so disappointed

5I was hesitant to purchase at first because of the price but it is worth every penny! I have really sparse eyebrows from over plucking in my teens. I don't wear a lot of makeup and was impressed with how natural looking the brow powder is. I thought it was really easy to apply (very little skill needed!) and it lasted all day without rubbing off.

Excellent product. Didn't realize it didn't come with the brush applicator . Fortunately my "old" one is in great shape.

Blonde????
1I\ve been searching for years to get the perfect shade of brow powder or pencil or anything that will give me blonde eye brows. I\m of Scandinavian descent with light complexion and golden blonde hair. I do not want my eyebrows to appear several (many) shades darker than my hair. I took advantage of the Black Friday Sale and purchased two new containers of blonde brow powder. When I opened the new brow powder I thought it looked slightly dark so I dug around in a makeup bag I only use for travel and found 2 more brow powders from Anastasia both blonde that are so much lighter than the new one I had just received. In fact the color of the old products was slightly different in each container.\nWhen I was placing my order I choice the lightest color available according to the picture; however I ended up with something that is so dark that I would say that when applied it looks medium brown. I will be returning the product.

Missing part of the order
4I ordered two brow duo\s and only one arrived even though the packing slip stated there were 2. Still waiting on the other one to come.
