Poor packaging!
3Let me start by saying that Anastasia Beverly Hills products are superior to most. My only problem is that the packaging is poor!! Poor packaging leads to the products breaking. Honestly, I don't think I've had an eyebrow product that didn't break. Whether it's the Brow Definer, Brow Wiz or the Duo Brow Powder. I brought my Brow Wiz back to Ulta and the employee told me that hers break all the time too. I have other eyebrow products from other companies (that cost less) and don't break!!

Deception
1I like the product but I only purchased because influencer in instagram said rarely offered BOGO offer before Christmas and using the code for Laura Beverlin I only received one for full price. So I did not appreciate the deception.

Best product, but component breaks every time.
4Amazing color and subtle look when you apply lightly, why I keep repurchasing. Unfortunately with every one the plastic around the spoolie side cracks and the spoolie is so short that it slides too far into the component when you try to put it back in.

Not enough product inside!
3I like this product. But my complaints are it there is not enough pencil product inside, seems like we're mainly paying for the container. It comes in.

BEWARE OF PROMOTION RIP OFFS
1Anastasia is a SCAM. They had a promotion with influencer Sarah Knuth for BOGO on this product. Sarah posted live from her story on Dec 1 and the product was added to my cart. Then I called customer service to find out the “promotion ended” then why would it show In my cart and why would an influencer be promoting it ? Unreliable company and false sales. Will not be ordering again

AWESOME EYEBROW PENCIL!!!
5This is the best eyebrow product that I really like because of its quality. The brow lasts long like about 3 months for everyday use, it glides so smooth with precision and lastly it stays and last the whole day.

Anastasia Brow Wiz
3I finally got to try the Brow Wiz micro pencil after watching so many video reviews. I do feel disappointed because the Brow Wiz is fairly firm, and I had to apply more pressure than I do with other brow pencils. I think that a person has to have a decent amount of brow hairs for the color to adhere to, which I don't have. I was hoping that the Brow Wiz really would draw hair like strokes, but once again I have seen that even such a popular micro tip brow pencil doesn't give me the thinnest hair like strokes because of the rounded tip (and esp. when the pencil is too firm). I am glad that I finally got to the Brow Wiz though. Someday I hope to try the Anastasia eyebrow pen.

Terrible packaging that breaks off
1I always buy this product and I use it everyday, but the quality of the packaging is soooo bad. In every single one that I bought the plastic started chipping and falling off from around the brow brush and the brush just falls off and the plastic around pencil also chips off. Please fix it! I am paying $20.00+ for broken products. It has happened 5x in a row now and I am going to have to switch to another product if this keeps happening.
