4Kinda sticky but does its job well. I live the small packaging. The brush is similar to an eyelash spoolie. My morphe clear gel has a way cooler applicator.

5If you want your brow hairs to not move, like they are in a straight jacket? Like gorilla glue for your brows?? This is it! Very easy to use, but I’d personally make the applicator wand skinnier for the painted tails of the brow
