Gorgeous glam!
5Anastasia does not disappoint! The packaging is lovely and the design of the powder is so cool. It looks amazing in sunlight! Now on to what really matters: on the pallet and on fingers or brush, the highlighter looks silvery and frosty, but once it was actually on I was surprised by how golden it is! The shimmer is the perfect amount to give you that internal glow look. It’s very buildable so it works from everyday to full blown glam. My only issue is that the shimmer does have some fallout throughout the day. By the end of the day there are specs of glitter all over my face. A good setting spray might have helped but I used both primer and powder so I’m not sure how much of a difference a spray would make. Gorgeous regardless!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Iced Out Highlighter
5This highlighter has the nicest and smoothest formula I’ve ever seen. It glided into my skin so perfectly and it was so pretty!! The gold tones in the highlighter really made my skin look dewy and shiny. It is very pigmented and a little goes a long way. Overall I loved it! It’s amazing. Would recommend!!

5When I opened it I was nervous because I thought it was an icy white color but to my surprise after us watching it it became a pretty cold which I love! Love the packaging aswell

Gorgeous packaging
5Anastasia’s new Iced Out highlighter definitely gives you a beautiful icy glossy finish. The color shifts from white to gold depending on which way the light reflects upon it. The packaging is gorgeous and has a beautiful imprint that almost looks like snow. The texture is buttery and easy to apply. Definitely a must!

Beautiful Subtle Highlighter!
4Anastasia’s new Iced Out Highlighter gives you a beautiful, subtle shimmer! The packaging is gorgeous, the formula is buttery and easy to blend, and has a nice white or gold undertone depending on light. I do wish it was a bit more bold.

5I normally don’t use highlighter but I did like this. This helped my dry skin and matches with my skin tone. I will recommend this product to my family and friends.

Nice white to gold highlighter
5When I first saw this I thought it would be a ashy mess on my skintone, but once I swatched it I was pleasantly surprised. it turns a beautiful sparkly gold. It does have a little bit of fall out but that isn't a issue for me. The packaging is very pretty which is a plus. It can be worn sheer or built up for a more seen from outer space look.

5This highlighter is high-quality. It sits perfectly on top of all of my foundation, and doesn’t collide with my blush. If you’re looking for something simple yet elegant I would definitely recommend this product! I honestly expected it to be too light too but the glitter stands out perfectly and so I have no issues whatsoever

Good highlighter
4This highlighter is a beautiful, warm subtle glow. It applies lightly and has more of a glitter texture. It looks beautiful in the pan and the packaging is gorgeous, however, the formula is a little too glittery for my preference. I enjoy this product other than the glitters in it.
