1I don’t know how this made number 12. After a few hours my eye shadow started to crease. It applies great and I like that the shadow looks amazing after application but does not work for more than a few hours. I do have oily eye lids. Very few eye primers work for me.

4Its a very runny primer. Use a pinhead amount! My shadows wwnt on smoother and colors eere easy to blend.

Smooth and long lasting
5I received this as a sample and this is the first primer that has ever delivered on all of what you expect. Blend able , my eye makeup lasts until the next morning when I, GASP, fall asleep with it on. I even dab a bit under my eye for lasting concealer coverage.
