I haven't played with this volume yet (I've used both the big and mini vol 1 and 2) but if its anything like the others, i know I'll love it..! I will say, 1 shade was broken when it arrived, which was a bummer...However, customer service was GREAT, i attached pictures of the broken shade, sent an email, and they shipped out a new palette within a couple days..!

Love how versatile this palette is with the warm neutrals and bright colors. I had a broken shadow in my first initial order and was sent a replacement palette right away. So happy with the palette and incredible customer service!

Lovely, versatile palette!

This palette is really versatile and highly pigmented. You can create lovely, vibrant, diverse looks with this palette! However, the red colors are pigmented in a way that they do seem to stain your shadow brushes, just FYI. Overall, this is a really lovely palette and I highly recommend it, especially for those who really play around with color☺️
