Average pencil
4It's good, stayed around 3 hours, which I have a watery eyelid so I expect. It does bleed a little when used as winged liner but it's better than most

My favorite colors
5I know I am in the minority, but I almost exclusively use bright colors. This palette was made for me! It is beautiful and pigmented and bright! My only wish is that it had more shimmers, but the shimmers and glitters included are beautiful!

Great pigment, vibrant colors
4I received these products for free in exchange for an unbiased review. I will start off with the positives: >Colors are beautiful and vibrant >Highly pigmented so colors show up strongly >Colors are long lasting >Restractable eye liner pencil... No sharpening needed! >Eyeliner did not smudge easily Negatives: >No built in primer in shadow, so eye primer is a must for extended wear or powder from shadow will fall throughout the day (aka racoon eyes) >Pencil requires a bit of pressure to apply (I suggest warming in armpit or cleavage to make softer) >Colored sparkled shadow was harder to apply, didn't seem to stick to brush well for application >Clear /white/iridescent sparkles had no base and my brush sank into those unexpectedly so had to try to get off brush. Need primer for sure for iridescent Sparkles. Sparkles will fleck into face. Hard to wash off as they fall everywhere. Overall, I enjoyed the shadow and liner. The colors are beautiful!

Pigmented eyeshadows that are easy to work with!
5The packaging is beautiful, I love the holographic stars on it, and it is also sturdy. The palette remains put when you open it and the big mirror is very convenient if you're traveling. The color story caught my eyes right away because it has a very nice, almost complete Spring to Fall color story. A lot of these shades are not easy to find in premade palettes and all the eyeshadows are very pigmented and easy to work with. I didn't have any problem blending any of them. If you're a beginner, you might want to work with a bit of eyeshadow at a time because it's not the most beginner-friendly palette. I wasn't blown away by the shimmers in this palette, they are still very pretty though, but my focus were on matte eyeshadows, as that's what was of interest to me in this palette. I don't use glitters so I didn't use the ones in this palette, so I don't have an opinion on them but it makes sense with the theme to include some. While there are only two shimmers, they are versatile and go with all the mattes in the palette. I would like to point out that two of the mattes, D1 and D2, are very similar and I feel like only one of them would have been enough in this palette. Overall, I am very happy with this palette and I will keep playing with it for a while!

Seriously smooth glide
5I really love this eye liner. It's super easy to apply and has a very smooth glide. This liner also has staying power and doesn't bleed easily.

Bold and Beautiful
4I received this product free for my honest review from Bzzagent! I'm obsessed with bright eyeshadow looks in every shade! This palette is bold, easy blending, and rainbow colors. My only complaint is I wish they had more glitters. However I'm willing to look past it because the mattes are so incredible! The eyeliners glide on smooth and last all day. I wish it was easier to get a finer point. I would have purchased this palette myself because I love Norvina shadows!

So vibrant
5As soon as I used this I saw how gorgeous the blue was and this thing glides!!!! I was so smooth on the eye, I love it. I do wish that the tip was a bit more sharp but i sharpened it myself. It literally doesn't come off either. When you first put it on, you can smear it for a smoked look but once it settles and dries, that's all! The formula is so good, I would definitely recommend.
