Poor packaging, arrived broken & 3 weeks late
1To beging with, cutomer service and shipping process was a nightmare. Order was over a week without being shipped. I called and emailed multiple times and they said I couldn't even cancel my order because it was "processing" (even though that was the status since I placed the order). After like 3 weeks that the order arrived, I felt the merchandise was wiggling inside the box. When I opened, there was insufficient protection and some of the pigments were broken. Not even worth it to return it, I would need to pay for the return and be another 2 months to receive the new one (if they don't find a way to deny it). Awful company, for the price I pay I would expect a better service.

In love with Norvina Vol. 2
5Haven't had any allergic reaction on my eyelids nor the face. Love the colors, they are so pigmented, highly recommend. <3 Also, remember, when you buy pigments you should see the FDA guidelines, for those out there with skin conditions, such as atopic dermatitis and skin allergies, there are some colors in this palette that may increase the possibilities of that happening, but, there's people like me that have very sensitive skin and this palette have not in any way exacerbated any skin reaction.

Lovely Blues
5The colors are great. Love the color story. Easy to blend and very pigmented. two of the colors arrived broken, but the quality of the palette is great

AWEFUL SMELL FOR A CHINA MADE PALETTE
1I made 1 order so all Taxes will be included but they shipped the items in 2 different packages making me pay double the Tax & Customs fee! ABH SPLIT THE PACKAGE & I was asked to pay 2x Fees & Taxes because of their negligence They PUT MY ORDER TOTAL ON BOTH SHIPMENTS MAKING IT SEEM I ordered 2x 1,310 sek. Hence why DHL ASK ME TO PAY Twice TOO MUCH!!! WORST is, When I opened the Boxes, 2 Palettes Are Broken. Norvina & ABH Norvina Collection 3 I sent photos to them emailed them a couple of times But NO ANSWER. I saw similar complaints on trust pilot about broken palettes and So many Problems w/ Delivery/Returns & Fees!

Beautiful Palette!
5I just received my palette and I was very surprised. The size of the palette compact was a pretty good size with a mirror. I love it! I love the beautiful colors. Very vibrant! Can't wait to play with it.

4Why dont u have pro pallettes on sale as well ? What a let down for black friday deals... shaking my head - do better- it only comes around once a year
