I have not recieved my palettes
1I can't review a palette that I never recieved. I have not even recieved a confirmed number for it, nor a shipping email. I also keep reaching out to customer service about my purchase and they're not replying. The audacity you guys have to ask me to review palettes I've not received.

Norvina Pro Palette
5I don’t know why anyone else even bothers to make eye shadow. ABH has obviously locked down the best formula. The glitter in this palette goes on like foil- no dropsies during the day, show stoppers for sure.

Made in China
1was very disappointed to learn that these are made in China. the box and website says cruelty free but China requires animal testing on all products made in their country.

Disappointed with the number of unsafe pigments
3There are 2 major reasons why I gave the rating of 3. i contemplated giving a 2 but thought I would give it a 3 since this palette is beautifully put together and the color story is beautiful. The first major reason for my dissatisfaction is that this expensive palette is made in China. Second, many of the pigments in the palette are not safe to use near the eyes and this makes no sense to me since it is an "Eyeshadow" palette. There are already controversial manufacturing practices in China, so why would you further take a chance by adding pigments that are considered dangerous if accidentally gets into the eyes or rubbed into the eyes? I bought 2 palettes. Vol 1 and Vol 4. Now I'm stuck with palettes that I will never touch but looks pretty. Ultimately, it was my fault for not doing the legwork of investigating the palettes and this is out of character for me but I trusted the brand. Would I purchase palettes from ABH again? That's a no for me. Sorry.
