LOVE THE PALETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

The first palette I bought came damaged, some of the individual colors had gotten smashed in transit. I love it so much, and was doing the best I could with them, contacted the company and they replaced it FREE OF CHARGE w/o needing to return the damaged product. I really love how pigmented and concentrated the colors are. Don't need any of my others any more1

This eyeshadow palette is gorgeous! The shimmers are stunning with no fallout and the matte blend beautifully. This is a must have for anyone!

Such a beautiful pallet! I use it everyday for a simple look and on the weekends use a little shimmer to spice it up! It’s a great versatile pallet!

Two Crumbled Shadows Twice

Two crumbled shadows twice fire opal & Rose Water were both crumbled ABH replaced my pallet but when the replacement arrived packed carefully the same two shadows arrived cracked and crumbled I really think it's the formula of those two shades the rest of the pallet was fine.

More than half...

It's a really pretty palette. I love the color story and the quality is nice. Packaging is sturdy However, I am disappointed that more than half of the shades are not intended for use around the eye. I understand that it is just a safety precaution, but I don't think more than half of an "eye" (and face) palette should not be safe around the eyes.

This is a beautiful palette. The shadows are consistent with other ABH palettes, so soft and buttery and pigmented. The blushes are very pigmented too.
