New Brush = No Go
2I have struggled with finding a eyebrow gel color that works with my strawberry blond hair for years. I found that answer in the brow gel color caramel and our love story began. \n\nHowever when I purchase my new tube I notice the applicator was different. It was shorter coarser and had several spikes. I didn't think anything of it and though it was an upgraded engineering design. Boy was I wrong. The new brush is TERRIBLE. The application is poor and super uneven and wastes product. Furthermore the coarse brisles scratch your skin making applying to a sensitive area such as around the eyes painful. \n\nI tried to retrofit the old spoolie into the gel and the caps wouldn't work. I am so heartbroken but if the applicator isn't remedied I'm going to have to switch to another brand. \n\nI am including pictures of the two applicators (left: old version soft - right: new version coarse and uneven application)

Two stars deducted from the (new) brush alone
3please bring back the cylindrical brush. please. please. the way the brush is now it's so hard to apply. i can't say when the switch happened because i stocked up and didn't have to buy any for a year but when i bought the most recent one the brush? different. my dreams: crushed. my eyebrows: smudged. please. fix it lord

Expresso eyebrow gel
5I am an older woman (nearly 78). My eyebrows have just about disappeared. I\ve used this product to lightly add eyebrows. Used it for ? 5 years. I like using this better than a pencil as it attaches to the hairs and allows me to use a eyebrow brush to to spread it. My local shop seems to never have Espresso in stock. Now I\ve found product in JC Penny shop.

Natural
5I purchased first Blonde and later Caramel. I figured I\d try the blonde color first as I already had a reddish brow gel I was using. Have no doubt this product does contain a fine shimmery finish. However it mimics the natural glint of natural hair. I loved the dimension this gave my brows layer over my flat colored brow gel so I purchased the recommended shade for my light red hair caramel. I found the shade a tad dark for me and I now layer caramel over the blonde shade. My brows look very natural. I\m so happy with this product.

Disappointing (which is surprising)
2I have been using Anastasia brow powder and gel for several years now: I rely upon it! This tinted gel looked like it might be such a great idea. I use the taupe color powder but there was no taupe gel unfortunately. I ordered blonde thinking that with a darker shade I ran the risk of looking like Groucho Marx. Unfortunately the blonde just isn\t a match for my coloring. Perhaps a darker shade would work but I truly wish you were making this gel in taupe. Just about every other brow product is available in taupe why not this one? \nThank you: I generally adore your products!
